Shreveport Native and Voice Of “Ursula” Pat Carroll Dies At 95

She’s probably best known as the voice of Ursula in “The Little Mermaid” but, Shreveport native Pat Carroll was an Emmy Award winner.. she also won a GRAMMY Award as was nominated for a Tony Award.

Her filmography of television and film work began in 1948 in the film “Uptown Girl” and continued to the year 2020 where she reprised her role as the voice of Ursula in an episode of “The Wonderful World Of Mickey Mouse.”
